The precise task of evaluating property based on clear criteria and daily updated information is the core task of an expert office for real estate evaluation. In addition to the German Real Estate Academy (DIA), Mr. Schlocker is also a lecturer at the Südwestdeutsche Fachakademie der Immobilienwirtschaft e. V. (SwFA), the German Real Estate Association (IVD) and the European Real Estate Academy E.V. .
